How do you train for a 20 kilometre charity walk when you're starting at a not-so-great-fitness level?

Former ABC presenter Louise Maher and her team Walke-Talkies are taking on the Coastrek walk in Canberra on March 15 to raise money and awareness for the Heart Foundation.

Louise is getting a lot of help - and some great tips - from personal trainer Jenna Fitch.
